If I could give a rating of 0 , I would. This place has the worst customer service ever. Buyers Beware!!! I rented a storage unit and was not told that I had to come in to sign a written contract. After I gave Joy my card info over the phone, I assumed that a verbal contract had been established. She sent emails supporting that assumption. I say assumption because I learned the hard way. She took my money and gave me the access code, but I didn’t have access to my unit . On top of it all, they were on vacation for 10 days.
