This is the third fire pit that I've owned. The first two were cheap and thin and each burned apart in a year or so. This one is the real deal. The 36" Medium Depth is light enough (112 pounds) for one person to roll on its edge, but the 1/4" thick steel walls are not going to fall apart. Its capacity will support a big fire with a tall blaze, and the snuffer lid allows you to have that blaze late in the evening without having to worry about going to bed with a fire still burning. We did not have an appointment today, not realizing that's the usual process. But, we were met by the nicest lady... the owner's wife. She was one of the nicest and most helpful people! And my daughter loved playing with her beautiful dog. We bought the 36" pit and are so happy we drove down to get one... the quality is top-notch. Plus, we love supporting local privately...
