Scott is a stone-cold pro, with a heart of gold and an ear to match. We were very happy with his professionalism, MCing, and taste in music to keep the guests moving throughout the evening, and he was essential to all phases of our wedding day.

From initial communication around contracts and worksheets, through our first phone call and pre-wedding check-in, all the way up to the day of the ceremony itself, Scott was a pragmatic and friendly communicator, helping us to clearly establish the tone and mood we were hoping for in our ceremony. We appreciated the detail he took in learning our families' many pronunciations and preferred means of address. He evinced these same traits on Saturday morning, during setup, and worked closely with us and our wedding coordinator to make sure our schedule and our different song selections were timed and sequenced correctly. The audio quality of his microphones and speakers was first-rate as well!

On the day of the ceremony, Scott quickly came in and set up, playing focused lo-fi tracks to help our caterers. He then MCed and DJed our pre-ceremony mingle with an equally effective taste in mood, showing flexibility and more clear communication when our start time needed pushed back. The ceremony and introduction dances before the wedding were also well-executed, and he continued keeping the party going after dinner, mixing in 80s and 90s crowd-pleasers with our selection of must-plays and additional tracks from a playlist we had prepared and shared with him prior to the ceremony.

Through each element of preparation and performance, Scott proved himself to be essential to our day! We wholeheartedly recommend him for your next event service - especially if it's a wedding :)

My husband Rocky and I got married Nov 2019 at The Casa Marina and Visualize Entertainment was listed as a preferred vendor from our on site contact. Once I looked him up and watched the promo video on his site, I knew I had to give him a call!

Our experience with Scott couldn’t get any better! From the moment I scheduled our first consultation (one year before our big day) until after the wedding he exceeded our expectations! He’s friendly, personable, energetic, prompt and very professional! He’s done multiple weddings at The Casa Marina and is very familiar with the property.

He really cared about getting to know my husband and I to ensure that our reception was executed flawlessly. I also wanted to make sure our guests stayed on the dance door and he did just that! After our wedding our guests could not stop talking about how much fun they had dancing!

We also booked the photo booth which he offers and it was a huge hit!! We got to design our photo template (super easy process) and had multiple options for the photo format (photo-strip, single and a digital boomerang!). There was also an attendant for the photo booth who was really helpful and showed all of our guests the fun features!

A few days after the wedding we received a digital link of all our photos!

Overall, booking with Scott from Visualize Entertainment for our wedding was better than I could ever imagine! He truly was part of making our event the BEST DAY EVER!
