We purchased via Groupon a pass on the day we intended to use it. My spouse and I have very different schedules, but we wanted to make this work. We purchased the voucher online, and arrived at the destination. Cars were backed up - no worries, we expected that there were others who also wanted to enjoy the experience. Our aggravation came when it should have been our turn to pull into the parking area. While we were watching multiple cars pull out of the farm, yet we were told "Sorry - the lot is full. Come back in 1/2 hour." Creamy Acres Farm is in the middle of nowhere. Exactly where did they think we should go???? And what guarantee was there that we would have been granted access when we did return? That is/was completely unacceptable - especially since cars from the opposite direction were being allowed into the lot at that same time. I don't blame the kid doing his job, I blame lack of management and the farms desire to grab as much money as possible without managing the crowds.

They should take the time to figure out timed entries so that people like me (and my family) are not disappointed and left with a voucher that is now completely useless. Very, Very...

Ana Diaz is my name. Hi. Most wonderful place very scary and family friendly. PM or night time I must say it's to scary for children under 13. Wheelchair excess ability 0 your able to get on the hayride. But because of the attraction bladder bag hall way, which squeeze you while walking through it it's too hard for some one to push a wheel chair thru. But it is nice for the hay ride. May I suggest, Creamy acres,. To deflate the bladder bags so the people who are in wheel chairs could pass through the terrain or ground, is hard enough for the wheels of the chairs not to sink through the dirt. I work with physically challenged. They are allowed to do what ever they want. You should try to accommodate, you do to a degree ,but you also discourage people buy saying to them we are sorry but you can't go through the haunted houses. I am sure it's because of that. But other wise it is very nice.. thank you. Also, they are...

Have gone to creamy acres for many years. I've always gotten the vip passes as lines have been so ridiculously long in the past. This year however, it seems like no one was there due to the staggered times. Vip really was unnecessary expense. Wait time for reg tickets seemed minimal. Was sorely disappointed with the number of attractions. Was the haunted ride, which never dissapoints, but then 2 or 3 other walk through houses. It seems the experience involved much more houses before and there was no corn maze, which we had all really been looking forward to. Please bring that back!!! Maybe that is what made the difference. The concessions were better but the attractions seemed much less for the money you pay. We were all saying, " that's it??" We weren't really interested in the new - not included in price- paintball hay ride. I'll give it 1 more shot, but if it's the same next year, I...

My family come here every year for the night of lights show. We normally do the hayride, however looks like the inexpensive experience is best to do drive thru. However the hayride is where it’s at. The lights are amazing, they have the music synced to certain locations. At the end, you walk thru more lights, and Christmas displays as well as some barnyard animals! At the very end you get to meet the man himself! Santa! The location provides hot chocolate, coffee, and or cold drinks and a variety of snack options. There’s a big bonfire out front. The store has an assortment of trinkets, and display decor for your home or yard. It’s a really cool experience that the kiddos love to come too.

We went to Night of Lights on Friday, November 25th. We showed up close to an hour after opening, bought tickets quickly, got in line, and that's when we waited over an hour before getting on a wagon. I highly suggest that if you can't wait that long or even longer, get there very early! Maybe even before opening. Would have been a better wait if they had some "elves" entertaining us, but there was nothing. The ride was comfortable and smooth. Cute displays, some pretty great. Loved the walk through at the end once you get off the hayride. Santa was there and you can mail your Christmas list as well. Kids will enjoy it more I'm sure, my 8 yr old nephew did a lot.
