What I have a problem with is the 30-day price guarantee. On July 2nd I purchased a sofa and loveseat for X amount of dollars. On July 22nd they lowered their price by about $130, and I was issued a refund. No problem so far. However, on July 28 (still within the 30-day window) they once again lowered the price by an additional $170 (total about $300 less from what I originally paid). I inquired about a second refund at the store and was informed that only one price adjustment would be allowed. No where in their price guarantee does it explicitly state that this can only be used once. They simply state that for 30-days you will always get the lowest price GUARANTEED. Now I don't have a crystal ball that will tell me to act now because this is the lowest price I will see in 30 days (impossible since they change their prices almost daily), but the policy that once you use it you cannot receive a second or even third lower price adjustment for the remainder of the 30-days is not a very customer friendly or perhaps even an honest policy. I don't believe as a customer I should have to guess what the lowest price will be during a 30-day price guarantee. The lowest price is the lowest price.
UPDATE: I changed my star rating to 5 stars because today I got a phone call from Levin furniture informing me that the manager I spoke with at the store was not up to date on policy.    Read moreThis has been the worst furniture buying experience we've ever had. On 1/30/25 we selected a recliner at the showroom located less than 10 miles from our residence. We questioned paying $109.99 for delivery considering that short distance. We updated our cell phone number and our landline number at the time of payment. We were promised delivery on 2/4/25. We waited on 2/4/25 only to discover the recliner had not been loaded because they phoned the wrong number, failing to use either of the 2 correct numbers we provided them. We were promised the chair the next day. The truck arrived at our residence in the morning. The chair was not on the truck. The chair was later located on a different delivery vehicle and was promised by the end of the day. Truck and chair arrived late afternoon. Chair was damaged. We requested reimbursement for delivery charges. That was refused. We accepted delivery of the damaged chair with the promise of another chair being delivered on 2/8/25. No one seems to have the authority to reimburse for delivery charges. No one really seems to care that we spent perfect dollars for imperfect delivery and merchandise. We are incredibly disappointed. We thought this vendor was a reputable furniture resource. We will never make any future purchases there. On the plus side, the delivery guys were kind and understanding.    Read morePURCHASE: This was my first purchase from Levin. I was searching on-line & found the perfect sofa & love seat! (However, one or the other wasn't available) We decided to make a trip to the Greensburg store anyway. We were approached by Charlene! The pieces weren't available in any of the showrooms in any store....BUT she checked all of the warehouses & YES she found one ! She was very helpful & so pleasant to deal with!! What a great experience because of Charlene! DELIVERY: A few days prior I received a text msg with a delivery time frame of 3 hours. Day of delivery I received another text saying they were enroute & gave an expected time of delivery. I was also given a link where I could "track" the progress. The driver Stephen (E?) & his helper (Sorry, I didn't get his name) were the best! They were here within 10 mins of the expected time!!!! They were very cautious & did a great job of bringing the furniture into the house. The furniture was well packed with cardboard around the edges, a foam like material AND heavy plastic! Since we are in the process of remodeling ~I greatly appreciated the fact that it was perfectly wrapped! I have NEVER had such a good buying experience! Unfortunately, I'll have to wait awhile until remodeling is finished before actually "unwrapping" the furniture....but I couldn't wait to brag about my experience!
