I am the guy who wrote the 2016 story about Green Man Tunnel. The Montour Trail wasn't created when I was there in 1993 and 1994. If you are biking/hiking this trail I would recommend stopping by GMT for a visit. It was a spooky cool place. Especially when you grew up near the train tracks the lead to Green Man's tunnel. After researching it though it's actually a sad story. Charlie No Eyes was actually a 8 year old boy who survived a horrific accident. So if you go make sure you research it and appreciate what this champion of a survivor overcome.
