Andy's Liquor — Local services in South Pittsburg

Have shopped here for 12 yrs. On 1/5/24 everyone who shops here was disrespected from a heavyset man haircut employee who after i waited my turn in line forced me out of line so she cud help the person behind me who she knew was buyn liquor. I was holding lottery tickets so she ASSUMED thats all i wanted which apparently was not enuff to be waited on for. I too was going to buy liquor off the counter but she didnt think that far ahead instead she said me and every customer that comes in is not as important if your not ..in her mind..buyn liquor. I too am a bussiness owner but have ALWAYS treated EVERYONE EQUAL. I dont care if your spending 1.00 on lotto or 1000.00 on Dom Im going to appreciate your bussiness and treat you with respect! She claimed the owner told her to conduct bussiness in this manner. If thats the truth I will NEVER shop there again! I spend 200-300.00 there a month plus lotto. Mayb they wont miss it...but as a bussiness owner as well...I wud. The 2 other ladies that work in there are priceless nice people who are respectful and hav NEVER treated me that way and I thank them. But as of now..my bussiness is going eleswhere until the new lady with a butch haircut is gone! I was taught to treat EVERYONE the same ..money should not be a factor bcuz you never know who you may hav...

Please just buy your Alcohol ,cigarettes ,and lottery tickets from there and nothing more. Stay away from anything that they have THC or whatever. Even when they open their new smoke shop, it's going to be like any chain store. And if they don't smoke or partake in any of those extra activities. Why would u take someone's word . You can't even sample . I know ppl are on a fixed income, but a lot of this stuff your smoking is manufactured like cigarettes. Please just stick with buying your spirit , tickets, and your cigarettes. They have very good prices but the food city is coming in close to the brand of wine I drink . I just don't feel like going that far . Thanks, Andy's and yall are the first to drop your prices on...

Be very careful when you buy any craft beer at this location. This photo is from a $14 6 pack of hazy IPA I purchased. Purchased January of 2023 and it was canned on December 2021. Maximum Shelf life on an IPA is 1 year but they start losing flavor after about 4 month. This one had been canned over a year prior and tasted more like a lager gone bad than a Hazy IPA. Next time I went back to the store I notice many of the craft beer is 6 months or older and still overpriced. They really need to work on their...
