I asked for soft blended layers and ended up with the worst haircut I've ever had. It was uneven everywhere, tons of blunt random layers. It took 1.5 hours for the salon at JCP to fix it. Thank God they had openings today.

Editing to add that the stylist (Tiffany Babb) called me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that I asked for the layers not to be choppy and since choppy means blended that's why my hair looked that way. Then when I posted on Facebook she started calling me a liar and said she just did a consult and she wasn't the one that cut it. When I asked her to fix it she cut it a bit and said if she kept going it would be uneven so I just paid and left, I did not want to cause a scene in front of others but that does not mean...
