First and last time I will EVER use this ER.... pulling into the parking lot with an injury to my hand, in fear that id be leaving with a kidney missing. Dr. Marcheski (the orange one with horrible bedside manners) was dismissive and rude, tried to give me medication that is LITERALLY IN MY CHART THAT I CANT TAKE. ( I even reminded the nurses prior to the doc coming in of my allergies) she came in once. For 3 seconds. Didn't offer an alternative medicine instead said "well I guess we will just do xrays" I didnt bother asking. Just laid there in discomfort for 3+ hours. I saw my nurse once as well. I wasnt offered a call bell, or a blanket or checked up on.

I was ignored and disregarded the entire visit. I didnt even want to come here but unfortunately getting hurt at work I had no choice.

I asked for a copy of my xrays so I could get a second opinion from a physician that I trust and I got a "uhhh ill ask" (mind you it is our legal right to have access to our records) then told "she said she will print something off"

Upon waiting for my discharge, copies of my xrays, and my workmans comp paperwork I decided to go to the restroom which is located acrossed from the cafeteria where the ENTIRE NURSING CREW AND DOCTOR were all happily eating lunch at the same time. While a patient waits over an hour just to be discharged.

Staff was either NOT wearing identification OR it was flipped backwards. I did calmly express my experience to the lady at the front desk in a mature, respectful, and professional manner, she was kind and respectful however she did mention she was new. Let's hope she is able to encourage the rest of the staff to offer the same level of care and attention that...

My cousin just fell down the stairs and sprained/fractured her ankle. They immediately took her in. There are Informed and compassionate doctors and nurses here. They are very transparent and professional.

I had to come here as well about a year and a half ago, maybe two. I sliced into my hand making dinner. Again, took me in right away. Calmed me down. They stitched me up so good that I can’t even tell it happened.

My mother and sister were also in a bad car accident two years ago. They did a phenomenal job with that. My mother had to be transferred to Williamsport. Thank god this hospital kept her secure and stabilized.

This place is always very clean too! I appreciate that. I’m very grateful this hospital is up here in South Renovo. Thank you BMC! I hope this place stays open and is able to keep serving...

Problem with chest pains. The nurses were efficient and helped out greatly. The Dr was ok, but his bedside manner was a little dissmissive. Overall if you are in need of an ER they have life flight access and will help to the best their abilities with what they have.
