Our experience with Cucinamore this weekend totally surpassed even my very high expectations. Chef Daniela and her team brought absolutely everything they needed, provided an incredible meal that was beautifully presented and fully explained (including a map of Italy where she showed where various things originated), then left the kitchen cleaner than they found it. The Chef's Board has amazing Italian meats, the homemade herbed oil was dream-about-it delicious, and the Pasta Amatriciana was the best I've ever had. It was such a luxury for the extended family (13 of us) to just relax and be comfortable in our home while the meal was prepared by professionals. Chef Daniela and Terri were amazing last night! She is not a caterer, she is a personal chef that makes everything fresh (nothing is pre-cooked). Our meal was so delicious, appetizers were so beautiful and I loved the topping options on the mozzarella mousse! The pistachio and almond crusted pork was so tender and flavorful and went perfectly with the asparagus risotto. I haven't had risotto like this since I was last in Italy. We haven't been able to go to Italy/Europe these past few years, so this was the next best thing... we brought a bit of Italy to our house and shared with a few friends. The Cucinamore team, Chef and Owner Daniela and Chef Assistant Terri, are an amazing team and prepared a wonderful, delicious dinner for eleven people, from scratch right in our kitchen. They bring all of their supplies and literally take over the kitchen for a few hours while we got to relax and spend quality time hosting our guests. Everyone loved the experience and of course the meal. They left the kitchen spotless so the only dishes we had to clean were those on the dining room table.
