Was on vacation with my sis-in-law & granddaughters. Drove to Panama City Beach, left car parked for the week. Then drove to Ball Ground, GA. to split the trip up. (Driving straight thru with 2 cars, 4kids, 4adults & 13 week old puppy, 🤦🏻‍♀️😣) Car stayed parked for 2 days & when we were leaving to head home, my brakes sounded HORRIBLE!!! I take care of my cars & when I had it checked a few months ago, I was told I had probably 10,000 miles & would need all around. They were grinding so bad & very loud! It was a Sunday, nothing is open, so we drove a 9-10 hr trip & I cringed every time I had to use them…my sister & brother used to be neighbors with Danny & has had them do tire work etc. She texted him on a Sunday afternoon & explained the situation & he said I could drop off Monday & he’d have it checked out. I told them thank you & said whenever they had time, since I didn’t have an appointment. I got a call Tuesday morning that it was ready. Just front brakes!! Worst shop I seen in life! They don’t balance anything correctly. The old crew was decent this new crew is terrible. There slow at it. Messy. They damage stuff and don’t tell you about it. They changed a few lugs nuts to a different lug nut which in the spline gear setups they just put mix match ones to get them back on. Then when you’re at home or need to get your wheels off you can’t! There not smart this place shouldn’t even be doing business. If you don’t know how to use the tire machines then you’re not good at changing tires. I’ve never seen a shop so embarrassing! Time to get the bad out and in...

I blew a tire on my horse trailer coming home from camp and D&D tire got someone dispatched out in about 45 minutes. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and talked me through what tire I needed for replacement. She and the service man took my horses care into consideration and promptly got my tire replaced with zero fuss. He handled my trailer so gently, I don't think the horses even knew what happened.
