Dollar General — Local services in South Roxana

Took 45 minutes in line tonight the lady at the register was using three of those 25.00 coupons she should have been allowed to ring in one coupon and then step out of line for the 10 people behind her could be checked out the cashiers were not helpful they stood there and we rang this woman's items three different times and had to keep changing the prices on the items the managers were not being managers that lady should have been made to step to the side and let everybody else check out and for her to stand there and say oh well they've been complaining about me all day she's one of those coupon shelf clearer people that's greedy and has to buy up everything I do not think they should be allowed to use more than 1 $25 Saturday coupon at a time I don't think they should be allowed to stand at that register and ring up as many as they got in their...

Remodeled the store. But it still sucks. Employees block aisles with huge flat carts full of boxes. Can't get around them, can't shop. I left with nothing. Should be less imposing when they stock. Didnt need to improve the store. They needed to improve the operation. Which they didn't....
