Everett’s Furniture Store has been part of South Sioux City as long as I can remember. It’s not a fancy store but it’s a good place to look for furniture. I haven’t lived in the area in over 35 years though I am back often to visit family. This last visit I needed to pick out, buy and have both a sofa and bed delivered for a family member. Sandy was very helpful from the start. It’s a challenge with COVID going on. But Sandy greeted me from a distance with her mask on and gave me time to look but was always visible if I needed her. She was very knowledgeable about the sofas I liked and showed me several mattress sets after listening to what I wanted. Luckily both of the items I wanted were in stock and Tony the delivery man agreed to fit my purchase into his deliveries that day. Sandy and Tony you are both amazing. This place is a pit... not painted or kept up on the outside... paint, landscaping, parking lot.. etc.. The inside was OK... the furniture was nicely displayed. That area appeared to be dusted and floors were fairly clean. I had to use the bathroom while I was there. YIKES! The entrance to the restrooms was dirty.. floor and the nasty water fountain. The bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Door, floors, toilet, mirror, sink top was disgusting... Staff was helpful and friendly. Wow, what happened to this place, it used to be a great place to buy furniture. It just looks...

Loveseat we bought was very uncomfortable and when I called back about a return policy the Manager said I would have to look at it before returning. I said would you like to set up a time? He said can I get you phone number? I gave it to him. This product is only 2 weeks old. So I waited for a call back. No call back. So I called them back and the guy said oh she didn’t call you? I said no. Waited for 5 minutes and a gal got on the phone and sai sorry no RETURN POLICY but we can exchange. Poor Management and not...
