Do Not Recommend. It took two weeks for the store to send me a shipping confirmation. I ordered my item on August 29, shipping info was sent September 12, and I finally received the order today (Sept 19) - almost one month after placing the order. I understand peak shopping times slowing down the expected 3-4 business day processing time, but this is well beyond what's to be expected. Plus, I reached out to the store both via email and Facebook and received zero response. As a small business owner myself, I'm appalled at how I was ignored as a customer. My order might not have been a large ticket amount, but every customer (and what they tell others about the business) is important to the life of a business. I will not be returning as a customer- I've learned my lesson and wish I had read the other similar reviews of this shop before...

This store has the best prices. Customer service is available. I called the customer service and was able to text and inquire about colors of tights and sizes. She was VERY helpful. The issue with the store is you get a confirmation of the order but no confirmation number per say. The email says you will get a confirmation when it ships. I waited about 1 month before calling them (as you get no updates). The person that answered the phone was able to find my order and told me that it's because the leotard that I ordered (from WearMoi) has a 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Somehow, on their page, I missed that... no really their fault but the information is indicated at the bottom of the page not where the 'add to cart' is. I just received my order. I give them 5 stars... because they do have...

I'm not sure what kind of business they run in the physical storefront but their Online store customer service is the WORST. If you NEED your items, I would not recommend buying from these ladies. They are slow to respond to emails, never answer the phone and you will place your order but it will not be processed until at least a week later. I have given them 2 different chances during two different dance seasons and both times I was disappointed. Never again and I warn you that you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap but so is the customer service...
