Inkology Tattoo Studio — Local services in Southampton Township

Response to shop owner: Tattooing is an art and an appreciation. The people who performed that art are no longer at your facility due to poor management and wrongful termination; therefore, I have changed my review to represent my opinion on who to recommend. I DO NOT recommend your shop as I do not agree with your ethics, which you have clearly demonstrated with your response. How unprofessional to argue with a customer. So, I stand by my recommendation, do not go to this shop. Hit up the people recommended below for the best service and artwork. You also cant sue them, I'm an independent customer offering my opinion, which is unsueable. Noone asked me to review this, I chose to off my own back because I believe in amazing work and outstanding integrity which you have neither. Ciao! Continue being petty.

I had an excellent experience at Inkology. First I had a quick in-person consultation with Jeff about a design I had in mind for my upper-arm. It was wild because he understood exactly what I was looking for based on my mentioning flowers and a geometric pattern. He was very friendly and clearly explained the process for the tattoo appointment and what pricing to expect. When I arrived for the appointment, the studio was very clean and the staff was informative and made me feel comfortable. Before we got started, Jeff showed me a design on an iPad that he created for me and I was shocked--he did an amazing job at translating my thoughts into a gorgeous design and I loved it immediately. Jeff is very talented, caring, and detailed. During the tattoo, he always let me know what parts he was working on and what to expect next so that I was informed and comfortable. He also emphasized proper aftercare and gave me directions on what to avoid (sun, beaches, etc). Also, the other artists and staff were just really fun to spend time with--they really get along and work well together. I would absolutely recommend this...

During my Thanksgiving visit from Virginia, my brother and I set up an appointment for a sibling tattoo, intending it to be a memorial for two family members. Kya, the artist, showcased exceptional skill in bringing our specific design to life. However, after the initial session, there were a couple of aspects that left me dissatisfied.

Upon reaching out to Joe with my concerns, I was pleased to find that he was incredibly responsive. I made a return trip to visit my family and scheduled an appointment with Joe. He adeptly addressed and rectified the issues I had been unhappy with. The end result was a tattoo that met our original vision.

Throughout the process, Kya and Joe demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident, especially with Joe's personal pride in his work. I wholeheartedly recommend this tattoo shop – not just for the artistic talent displayed by Kya but also for Joe's dedication to ensuring clients are happy with their tattoos.
