Don't get me wrong, the furniture is very nice. However the customer service and business practices are very poor. My experience went as follows: -I'm moving, need all new furniture -Went to location and picked out furniture, great experience. -Told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks. -Was delivered on correct date, with no protective pads (promised they would be included due to all hard wood floors), and the exception of one piece of furniture, my reclining chair. -(remember a matching set) -What happened to my chair? they sold it to another customer (even though I already paid in full) -They said another customer came in ready to take it away and sold it. -I was told I'd get my chair in 2 and a half weeks -I want my full set now as I already paid and am in my new house. Told them I wanted an all new set (they took it back) (also I want it all delivered the next day) -they agreed except for a different chair that was not in stock which I was OK with as I was told up front I would get in a week. -next day got all the furniture except said chair (again, ok was coming in a week as agreed) -one week later the chair NEVER came, I called. -Their response... "There was an issue and it will be coming in 2 and a half weeks" (sound familiar?) -While I can't say for sure, it seems as if it was sold from under me AGAIN, even though it was paid for as before. -it has been another week as I am writing this review, hopefully I will be receiving my chair in the near future if it doesn't get sold of course. I was not refunded the entire amount for the previous furniture, which I understood as I requested additional services for next day delivery of the next set and taking the original set back. However, even though I was understanding with them for that, they repeated to show the same lack of professionalism and customer care when failing to deliver the second chair on the set date. I'm not the type to complain about a simple business mistake, however when it happens more than once with the same result, I believe it is important to inform other potential customers of my unsatisfactory experience with this company.    Read moreWARNING….Look Elsehwere! Absolutely horrible experience. They work with a Builder Rine and Rine from Shippensburg, that is another disaster story. Gary does not respect his prospective customers, does not respond, he does not do as promised and when the work was done we have several disasters we will have to live wih because they never came back to fix them. The gentleman who works for Gary is totally incompetent, can not take a simple message and pass it on to be addressed so they installed the wrong tile that had to ripped out and redone and when they redid it they made a mess on the tile, nasty glue that will not come off. Do I really want them to come back and make a worse mess? We have uneven grout lines, left glue all over the tiles I can not remove with anything I have tried, had to cover it all with rugs. The tiles they did lay are not patterned well and look ridiculous. We have chipped tiles that were fine before they grouted, we inspected them to be sure but after they grouted the tiles, 3 were cracked and chipped ones were not replaced or made right. I have missing grout in my expensive armstrong luxury vinyl floor and a hump under one tile that will likely void the warranty. They are not a certified Install dealer, first mistake we made in allowing them to even do the work. They are the most frustrating bunch to work with. No respect, no service, no calls back, one mistake after another and not fixed properly. I We had them do tile, flooring and blacksplash work. the carpet look ok and we hope is laid properly, we hope! They do not respond to calls, never call back and do not reutrn to fix their mistakes.    Read moreMy husband and I purchased two sofas in the middle of March. The sales ladies were friendly and very informative about the fabric selection and ordering process. However, I was highly unimpressed with the customer service following our purchase. We were told we’d get our sofas in the beginning of August. The end of July came around and I hadn’t heard anything. Each time I wanted information, I had to be the one to call. Towards the end of August, I called again because it was closer to the time and nothing was communicated. Again, I was told they'd be here the following week which was wrong. The next time we called, we set up a date and time for the couches to be delivered. We were given a specific time and our couches didn’t arrive for another 2 1/2 hours. They claimed they gave me a window of time, but I would not have rushed my morning if that was the case. After the couches were delivered, the two men quickly scurried away before we could look them over. I understand they have no control over the delays, but better communication would’ve been nice. Especially after paying in full up front. Thankfully our couches are beautiful, but the poor customer service will defer me from using them for any other furniture needs. Get flexsteel, but get it...
