The staff has changed a lot! The store is dirty and the teens talk and curse and ignore the customers standing in line. They seem to hire only high school kids who are rude and backstock the merchandise. I came in yesterday to buy school uniforms for my kid and spent $102 and the young teen cashier didnāt give me an itemized receipt after I asked him several times. He then proceeded to take advantage of the fact that I was distracted with my kid and kept my debit card. It was only when I returned the basket that he handed me my debit card like it was a poker card. I let him know that it was already canceled. After I got home, I also realized that I was missing a Nautica duffle bag that he supposedly bagged with the rest of my clothing. These kids are sneaky, conniving and basic math escapes them. Once I got home, I pulled off each tag and added everything up with the 50% discount for the appropriate color coded items and realized I had been severely overchargedā¦..even with the allotted Mississippi sales tax. This place has ran downhill fast. My advice to anyone is to never shop here again. If you do, please watch the cashiers to make sure they are ringing up your purchases correctly, bagging everything you purchase and returning your debit card and correct change. I had to cancel my card, which is inconvenient to me! Itās a shame that people are being taken advantage of at the thrift store just trying to buy school clothes for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to be a weekly shopper, , but have grown weary of having to shop during the week for the ā blueā coupon in order to get 25% or 50% off on SUNDAYS ! But the final indication for me to STOP has been this shopper who is apparently there every single SUNDAY. Iāve seen her many times before. Itās none of my business for certain. However, she grabs and piles clothes (mountain high) on the FLOOR, and picks out what she wants. Itās truly something to see. Tons of clothing gathered and spreaded around the FLOOR. You have to walk around the aisle. She doesnāt go through the racks like the rest of us. Itās one thing to buy clothing thrifty or second hand, but knowing that someone has them on that visibly dirty FLOOR while she picks through them, then her āNOāsā go back on the rack. Itās a spectacle that is unreal to me. Management and employees remain SILENT!! Obviously itās not a big deal. So, I will stay my bothered self away from thereš! I donāt want clothes that have been thrown on floor and hung back up by her-it feels indignant, but thatās just me. People look, whisper and stare in disbelief. I doubt seriously that she would do this in Macyās, Nordstrom Rack or Target, for various reasons. Mainly they would not permit it. With this, the uncleanliness and efforts to shop there 2x weekly in order to grab a deal, itās just not worth it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give a negative star, oh I would... I used to work for their call center and have seen the store many times. Don't send your donations to these people, it has been and always will be a scam. Those "homeless" people they house are crammed into a three bedroom two bath home that should be considered a health and fire hazard. There was once a leader of said "NSPIRE" home that was charged with some very sickening acts, wasn't fired, and just sent to a different state. This same person wanted to be a "child counselor" when there are children who will now need a counselor because of him.. The domestic violence victims they help don't exist. All the items are overpriced to fill the owners wallet. The employees are threatened with their job if they don't convince people to donate items, practically telling them to beg. Don't waste your time, effort, or energy. We have all thrown out those bright pink bags they put on our properties, tell them to drive their little segways and their...
