Last fall I ordered two grave blankets for my infant brother and sister buried in Holy Sepulcher cemetery across the street from this florist. They said they would send me pictures of the delivery as proof. They never sent the pictures. I kept going around and around with them on the phone as I live in South Carolina. I just went up a few months ago with my mother to bury my father about 20 feet away from where my brother and sister are buried. I went into the florist to speak with them about the situation. The girl at the counter was very nice. She apologized for us never getting the pictures and admitted that many deliveries did not go out through the holidays. Jason, The owner came out a few minutes later, he apologized as well and said that he remembers the delivery and has the pictures on his computer that he would send to me after memorial Day weekend. He also admitted many deliveries did not go out as well, confirming with the young lady told me. I gave him a couple of weeks and called him back telling him I never got the pictures. He admitted that he did not have the pictures for the delivery. But he swore his delivery driver did. I found that odd since he said most of his delivery drivers quit during the holidays. He never got back to me about the delivery drivers photos in their phone as well. I explain to them that I would just rather have a refund at that point. He said he would have to send me a check and he could mail it out that day or the next morning. We are going on a month later and I still have not received a refund and they have not answered the phone when I called or returned my voice messages. It’s evident that they take money from people out of state to make an arrangement, don’t make the arrangement because they figure you’re not going to be around to see if they do it or not anyways. Read morePlaced order on 4/9/2022 for a 4/12/2022 funeral. Ordered 4 sprays for my uncle's funeral. Arrived at the funeral home to see the sprays were not at all like the photos I supplied to the florist. I spent $400. I immediately contacted the owner, he agreed to make the issue right by coming to the funeral home the next day and correcting the issue. 4/13 I arrived at the funeral home to see the flowers were half dead and no one came to fix them. Spoke with the owner he stated since the flowers were dead he didn't have time to make the sprays again, he thought he would be able to add additional flowers. Since this wasn't the case he would refund my money. I said okay although I truly wanted nice flowers at the funeral. On 4/18 I called to find out the status of my refund I was told it take 7-14 days. As of 5/4 I have yet to receive a refund for these horrible sprays. I want the owner to understand this wasn't about the discount he claimed he had giving me this was about the flowers that I ordered. The price DID NOT matter I wanted flowers for my uncles funeral regardless of the price I was prepared to pay whatever it cost! What was delivered was not what I expected. Taylor from Southfield Flowers could not have been nicer in rectifying the situation. She personally took two grave blankets to the cemetery and placed them on our family members grave sites. Then took pictures and texted them to me. Taylor took a sensitive situation and made it better. Lesson learned. Next year we will go to Southfied Flowers and place our order in person.
