I am brand new customer. I had a NICE/ELAN smart home system installed in my newly built home about 12 years ago by a different vendor. Unfortunately they were not very interested in basic customer service unless it involved a significant installation or upgrade ($$$). I didn't think there would be anyone interested in taking over an existing system due to it being highly technical, proprietary, and complicated. Not so.

Jesse Kosko came out personally for an assessment and followed up with several significant upgrade options. The upgrade was extensive on the security side with 5 new cameras and cloud monitoring. Additionally I am an audiophile, and we upgraded much of the hardware and its configuration, much of which had fallen into disrepair.

I ended up spending some serious coin, and I picked Lynx because I am accustomed to dealing with professionals, both in my career and in life. They completely lived up to my high expectations.

I have known Jesse and the team at Lynx for over 4 years at this point. Outside of normal security wiring/setup, Lynx has also installed a complete audio/visual setup as well as closed circuit camera setup. Jesse and his team really do an amazing job and go the extra mile for clients. Recently when the team was installing cameras I was talking to the service tech about how the wifi was not reaching the far end of my house for my son to play xbox. They ran a wire up there free of charge which was awesome. Lynx also stands behind their work, I had an important part of my AV receiver break about 6 month after it was installed. Rather than bother me to deal with the vendor, Jesse was there in a couple days with a brand new product.
