The owner, Jim, his craftsmanship is second to none! He made the process so easy and worry free! He took the time to share several styles of fonts via text to choose from and after choosing and communicating one style with Jim he took the time to send me another text "just to be absolutely sure" before engraving the final product. All of this was done, including pickup in 24 hours. Again, I couldn't be more pleased when I actually saw the final finished product. I highly recommend this gentleman for any engraving needs!
