Not great customer service, especially odd since I made an order worth over $400. The terse almost passive, aggressive, back-and-forth communications in the final week before my order was completed induced me to write a review here rather than bother talking to them any further. -2 stars for poor customer relations.
-1 star for a kind of a poor job on the thread on one of the hats. It looks almost like the sewing was simply incomplete. (See accompanying photo where the wording should be only black thread, but you can clearly see white underneath) (by the way, the product was provided by leaving it on the porch so I could not even see the final product with them in person to point this issue out or anything else).
This would probably be salvageable, and they could fix it, and at least regain that one star, except for the fact that they gave me reason to believe they really would rather not interact with me, despite that I was always nothing but polite and even warmly enthusiastic in my communications to them. Had they not given me the impression that they don’t want to communicate with their customer who made such a sizable order, I would have asked them to fix this one minor issue, and in the process probably they would be getting five stars now.
Alas.
Will probably not use them again, which is a shame because aside from the one very minor sewing issue above, everything else...
Read moreTried contacting this company multiple times with their “contact form” and it kept emailing me back saying “inbox not monitored” and to use contact form. I finally found some random number on their website so I called telling him I couldn’t contact them using their contact form and he said they updated their system last week so it should be working and I told him it doesn’t. He interrupted me when I was explaining how I couldn’t contact them. I asked him if I could change the shipping address since we will be out of town. He told me to text him the order number and the new shipping address and he would change it. He didn’t and it’s still being sent to the original address. It was extremely frustrating trying to contact this company and then when I did, nothing was fixed. I am never ordering...
