Sales staff were great! Answering all my questions. The call to set an appointment for measuring came promptly, as promised, and was completed and I had my estimate was in hand in just a couple days. The flooring took about a month to come in and was in the timeframe promised. Ours was a whole house job and we were able to save some money by doing some of the prep work before the installers arrived. We coordinated with the installers and painted the quarter round before it was installed, leaving us to only have to touch up the exposed cuts. The complete install took two days and it totally transformed our home. We had some after installation work. We spackled all nail holes and painted over all the caulking and spackle to complete the job.

Two years later We had new flooring and baseboards installed 2 years ago. We had an issue with a few planks in our kitchen and reached out to the company. After a miscommunication, the owner became involved and had the situation remedied within two days. He came out to our house himself and looked at our floors with our initial installer, who we had loved. He had boards pulled up the very next day and a repair scheduled within a week. We bought from Billy and his son. They were great during the process, however the Fort Myers Florida location has closed and now we are having issues with our flooring. I've been in contact with the management in Alabama (we have a lifetime warranty) and many months later we still haven't gotten our floors repaired. They can no longer get the flooring that we purchased and the installer they are using here isn't cooperating with them in coming out to assess the damage. This has been very frustrating and the longer it takes the more damage we are seeing. I have requested a full refund for installation and the flooring since they can't get the flooring or get someone to come and see how bad the product they claimed was the best is and have gotten no response.
