Lockwood Market — Local services in Sparks

The products are fairly limited but there is a good selection and the prices are quite reasonable, unlike what you might expect from a rural store. I have always had a good experience here. My mom lives in Lockwood and I'm here several times a year and have stopped here for the convenience and because it beats a trip into Sparks. This little market has a variety of items but primarily focus in drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and snacks like most mini-marts. Their wine selection is amazing. Being about 10 miles east of Sparks in the Lockwood area, one would expect higher prices for the convenience. They try to keep their prices similar to the in town stores. Really friendly staff. I stopped in to grab a soda while I was driving through the neighborhoods looking for houses for sale. I suspect this would be a great place to stop if you forgot anything if you're fishing on the river. I did not look to see if they had fishing supplies though.
