I got a flyer in the mail, conveniently when I need to replace a good chunk of the furniture in my house. So I checked their website for prices before I went into the store, I've got two small kids, I want to make sure its worth leaving the house, haha. There were no prices anywhere, only the mattresses had prices. That's a red flag for me. If you pride yourself on being the cheapest furniture, then I feel those prices would be heavily advertised. Anyways, we all went to the store, and the lady there greeted us but then never left. She just hovered on top of us through the entire store. Made it hard to comfortably look at and discuss furniture items with my husband. It definitely expedited us out the door. I'm a big believer in greeting, a quick check-in to see if the customer has questions, and goodbye as they leave. Had we been there knowing we want a mattress with "x,y,z" features, then it would be understandable to accompany us for the duration of us being there to provide imput. But when we told her we were just browsing around at everything, we did not expect to be followed. We did grab prices on a couple of different things; for all the sales they have going on, their stuff doesn't seem to really be on sale. Read more2nd revision: 5☆ They made everything right! It took a while and they didn't communicate with me very well in the beginning, but made up for it in the end! They came to the house and replaced the mechanism and that fixed half of the problem. They came back the following week and took the chair to fix the "leg rest" and brought it back the next day. My husband has been happy with it ever since! 1st revision: 1☆ I am changing my review because the chair that I bought is defective. I have talked with the sales people and they have even came to my house and saw for themselves. They have "supposedly" ordered a mechanism for it and at the moment I am told "that I am at the mercy of the manufacturer". Read moreI ordered a couch about a month and a half before it was delivereded. The entire time I was kept up to date on the status of my couch as it was a special order and it would take time. I was told that I could wait and pay when it came in. I used the opportunity to make payments. One of the days i popped in to make a payment I spotted some cool end tables. When I told them I would like them, they asked if I wanted to take them or wait and add to my delivery. I chose to wait. When the day came to deliver the gentlemen that came were wonderful. Very respectful of where to park and how to access the room without complication. They set up my sectional, made sure the end tables were good and even took my old couch away.
