They will run an add about having something. You can call and make sure they have it before driving 2 hours. You will get there and they will tell you nope we have a truck coming but we will sell you something for 2x the price. Thanks for nothing and the waste of time. Buyers beware.

To be clear, I responded to an ad that your company placed for flooring. We responded to the ad and made sure that it was still available, where you all responded that yes and you all had “plenty” of it available. When we arrived the next day, we were told that you in fact did not have it in stock. But was offered other flooring that was completely different than what the ad was for, and double the price. I did my due diligence to make sure you had what was being advertised for the price it was being offered for. I was lied to. I have the messages with your company to prove that we were told all of this. I didn’t expect anything other than to purchase the flooring that was in the ad. It is just ridiculous that someone lied about having the product that you all listed an ad for causing a huge waste of...

When my inlaws moved to SC, from Massachusetts, they needed all new appliances for their kitchen. We found IHG warehouse, on Facebook marketplace. We went, and met Alex, the owner. We were able to find a fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher set, all matching. Alex was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. All 3 appliances work amazing and they also come with a 1 year warranty. This past week, my own fridge died. 1st place I was heading, was back to see Alex, at IHG warehouse. Not only did he remember me, he was still so kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
