Best place in SC for RC. Doreen is fantastic. I have been meaning to leave a review but never got around to it. This week after many calls, frustration through the holidays and my inability to stop in, Doreen let me buy the new green Xmaxx wide kit over the phone(!!) for a family member's Xmaxx that they ordered for Christmas, and she is holding it for me until I'm able to stop in! Above and beyond customer service. They are always stocked to the max with Traxxas products, including just about every accessory. This store is 2 hours away from me, I drive every time I need anything for RC, which the drive itself is not cheap, haha! I'd rather buy from them, take a few minutes to look around at new products in person and enjoy the atmosphere, rather than order online with free shipping and save the $20 in gas =P. The green wide kit for the xmaxx that I had bought and she is holding ALSO has to be shipped to the northeast to my family. Rambling here, but point is, the store and the employees/owner are that good/enjoyable that I'll spend the money in gas to travel and have their support/advice in the future. Awesome place to go see, owners are so friendly and helpful highly recommend this place for your hobby needs especially for people interested in traxxas rc cars they have a great selection and lots of parts in stock. Also highly recommend to deal with them for any traxxas warranty needs as they can get it done better and quicker than most traxxas reps. I stopped in just to look around and ended up staying for over an hour talking to them they are very nice and helpful ended up helping me with a bad traxxas battery replacement and some spare parts...

I just walked in there to check out the store because I like the hobby and was treated very rudely by the elderly lady behind the counter. I asked a few questions about what batteries they carried and I was told In a very condescending way that they only carry Traxxas stuff. I just don't get how you can see a new face in your store and talk to them like that and stay in business. They could have had loyal customer that brought his kids to show them the cool rc shop and spent money there rather than online. Next time try being...
