Our first impression when we came to visit the store was that almost all, if not all, of the furniture was outdated, but we were able to find a king-size mattress!

The delivery guys were friendly throughout the whole delivery, but physically I don’t think a 60-70-year-old man and a 45-50-year-old man should be doing deliveries.

The 60-70-year-old man dragged the box spring through our house,huffing and puffing along the way. The 45-50-year-old guy grabbed our old mattress, and maybe 5-10 steps in, he asked if there was an easier way to move the pieces.

As a moving professional, I was really surprised this company would send these guys out to make deliveries all day. They should be in the shop working or doing something different. I don’t know…

The 65-70-year-old man kept looking around our yard, asking about different things, and I did end up giving him an old car battery I had lying around. That was my second red flag.

As the 45-50-year-old guy and I were finalizing payment and everything, I overheard the guy on the phone being very rude to him, and he made it seem like taking payment was the hardest thing he had ever done. I did feel bad for the 45-50-year-old guy. If you work together, you’re supposed to be teammates, not working against one another.

The 65-70-year-old guy came in and sat down and started asking about my female neighbors, if they were married, and telling me there were a lot of kids around here. That honestly pushed me over the edge, and I was so ready for them to be gone.

I do have cameras surrounding my entire property, so I’m glad for that, and I have many other options for home defense. I’m not saying anything like that would happen, but this just didn’t sit right with me.

After everything has been said and done, I don’t think I’d do business with...

Make sure you get it in writing that they charge 25.00 now to take off the old furniture, because that didn't use to charge for this service, but they do now. It wasn't on my bill that they charged 25. to take the old furniture off so they said that Buster forgot to tell me, or I forgot to tell him I had to some to take off. I called them when the driver told me this, but no one was there to help. the man that was there said he couldn't do anything about it. We had just brought 2 couches in 2022 [3300.00] and another recliner in 2022 [700.00] from them and they didn't charge, and we have brought from them since 1981, This recliner that they was bringing that day I had ordered back in December of 2023 and we had been waiting this long to get it. I am not going into how many phone calls I had made to them looking for my recliner lets just say they should have been on their game to keep up with the orders and they wasn't I talked to Randy about the charge and me not being aware of this charge and he said they had started it in November or December of last year and he couldn't take the charge off. I told him I understood about him being charged at the land field to dump the furniture but my wife and I just felt like we was let down in a way by being hit with this charge after our long wait for the chair [900.00] and I had to call them to check to see when it would be here. it was just a very dis hearting experience, everybody needs to check all the paperwork before you pay and if its not on your paperwork don't let them charge for anything extra, we will be shopping some...

I am giving them 3 stars because they were really nice while I was There.. I was looking for a mattress and was sold what was told was one of the best and would be a great purchase. I had to call the day they delivered because the mattress does not have the normal measurements of a king size mattress so none of the sheets I bought fit and are way to big. I was told it could be it has to settle from standing in storage so I am still waiting 10 months later.. I had to also call them within the first month because the mattress was getting like deeper places in different areas which makes for a very uncomfortable night sleep. They said I could try a mattress cover. Really, on a brand new mattress??? It shouldn't be giving in the first year muchless the first month. I am very disappointed with what I thought was going to last me several years now I'm having to look for a new mattress set in less...
