Small venue for price. The plus side was that the canvas is white and you can make your event pop. I was told 900.00 for venue for full day but when I got the invoice they added sales tax which was not told to me prior to me paying deposit!!! I inquired about chairs and baby table for a baby shower and was giving pricing. I was told by Shaun that if we use the venue there is no delivery fee for chair or table. I was priced 150 for the chair and ended up paying 200.00 for this chair because of all the extra fees they incurred!!! Very very very unprofessional business and I will never use them again. The chairs were filthy! The tables were filthy with stains and the throne chair was horrible! Very old with rips and tears. I have one star for the white canvas...

The venue has ac, and its nice and clean. We enjoyed ourselves. I paid over $2k for the event and sent a video of what I wanted. I got partial of what I wanted. According to the invoice, everything was supplied. I was told they would come and fix anything not up to my liking, but it did not happen. I was told the gas station next door allowed parking, but they do not. They actually made people leave. All in all,.we had a good time and thats what matters. Also this event space CANNOT host 60 people as advertised. It is not big enough especially considering...

Shaun is very polite and works with your ideas. Great place , sq footage all perfect. Here are some pictures doesnt show with the beautiful up lighting he provided. I will do other events here.
