Ordered a personalized cutting board for my niece’s bridal shower (through Amazon). UPS lost the package! I called Customer Service and they did a rush redo of the cutting board and shipped it out priority so it arrived in time for the shower. They did not charge me for the second board or the express shipping. Plus the CS person was super nice and very efficient. Now that’s what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
