Stonewall Apiary — Local services in Sprague

We could not pick up our bees in between dealing family tragedy, repairs on our home due to storm damage, work, and our entire garden being eaten by ground hogs (2020 part 2). I have been beekeeping for the last 6 years and I know we aren't in a position to take care of them this year like they deserve.

Since the site says they sell out I didn't think it would be a big deal to forfeit our box of bees and the $75, non-refundable down payment, yet the person seemed irritated with me that we couldn't pick them up. So weird.

Up until that point the transactions with them have been fine. They keep you updated, the instructions are clear. I should have called, but with everything going on, it was one of the last things on my mind. For that, I apologize. That is entirely my fault and I do appreciate them following up.

Maybe if everyone stays alive, our home isn't falling apart, and we can live trap the ground hogs and find them a new home we will be able to try it...
