And customer service says that's it's fine it will smooth out. Which is not a proper response, I paid for 365 warranty and drilling warranty so why can they not exchange it . Worst part there's 2 gaps/wholes that my finger nail can go inside ... It's deep. Do not recommend . Carefully inspect the equipment that u get .
