Dollar General — Local services in Spring Hill

Yesterday I went into the store and saw they had Pokemon cards still in the shipping box tucked away, lady was hesitant to show me and said shoppers were limited to two, I was perfectly fine with that. Today went to get two more packs and a different girl was there her name is Shelby I asked to see the same box and she replied “ there’s nothing in that box” she didn’t even look… and then I responded “yesterday the box was full of packs “ then all of a sudden she said the box was “not for sale” I get saving product for yourself but having it on the shelf and refusing to sale it is absurd. Thank you SHELBY for refusing to sale me a product that was directly in front of my eyes. Will send in a corporate complaint too only dollar general in the 20+ around...

Arrived at 8:54 PM as I know they close at 9 PM. I needed one item it wasn’t like I was going to shop for 20 items six minutes before they closed. My two-year-old daughter needed Tylenol for fever. And if you live anywhere near the store you know there’s nothing else around. There was an employee guarding the door and not letting anyone in. Absolutely outrageous!! First ignored me like I wasn’t even standing at the door six minutes before they closed and wouldn’t let me in. Someone district manager or higher is going to explain this to me tomorrow. If I could give zero...

Poor attitude. I was talked to like trash. There is merchandise coming in that never hits the shelves. I noticed the employees will buy up what they want. Then when customers come in, there is nothing for customers. How can you supply for customers, if it never hits the shelf. This at more than one store. One employee admitted it to me. Then apologized to me. Wow this is going on at Chapel Hill...
