Delicious honey at a convenient self serve station. After getting milk at Irish Acres they had recommended to try down the road for some honey. Upon driving up it was a cute self serving stand set up with jars to try all the different flavors of honey which I appreciated since I’m new to learning about flowers and the flavors it has on honey. My girlfriend loved trying out the hot honey. The wildflower palmetto honey is my favorite and I bought a massive jar that I finished in only a month because it was so good. Straight to the point, the honey here is amazing. My favorites are the Fall Gold Wildflower and the Orange Blossom honeys on my first visit, although the Wildberry and Hot Pepper honeys are incredible too! I can definitely understand why the owner mentioned the Wildberry to be his favorite, that stuff is awesome. The place is listed as A & M Honeyworks on Apple Maps and is actually open 24 hours. This neat lil' establishment makes for a cool stop among the beautiful South Brooksville forests and pastures. Absolutely delicious honey. I bought one each of the dark and non dark Wildflower. They also have orange blossom honey and hot honey which I will for sure buy on one of my next trips.
