Update 12/6/23: Again, TMH came to our Firm's rescue when switching over servers turned into a nightmare. Micah is an IT genius. I cannot recommend this company enough for any of your computer/printer/IT needs.

Mid-2023. Micah helped our Firm, but especially me, with a new computer; it had come up with updated Word/Outlook, etc and it was NOT working; kept freezing, etc. Micah took my computer back to their business and brought it back a couple of hours later. Came here to get my computer cleaned up the wife of the owner told me that its 60$ for a manual clean of the computer and it would be done by Friday, I wait for Friday give them a call and she told me they did a diagnotic on my computer and its for 30$ so they decided to just look at my computer and not clean it like we agreed upon it was nice to know my keyboard need to be replaced but we agreed on a manual clean and it's filthy it seem like they just did what they wanted and couldn't be bothered cleaning...
