If I could give Toby from Total Lock and Door Solutions 10 stars I would. He is prompt, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. He can handle residential as well as commercial doors and locks. I used him to rekey our front door at our store as well as fix the door so it didn't take people's ankles out as they left. Our handle mechanism broke so that we could not lock our door. Unfortunately Toby was out of the area for the weekend and I had to call someone else. Jack at Lock R Us did not know how a commercial door lock even worked, and didn't even fix it correctly plus told me to go to Home Depot to get the handle and install it myself after charging me $676.
