MOTIV Bowling — Local services in Spring Lake Township

After being a big fan of motiv for Alot of years I've decided to part ways and sell all my motive balls ...I've never had any balls crack and I've been bowling for over 40 yrs and carry an avg over 220 and Alot of 300s and 800 with motiv but within a year I had 4 balls crack ..the deciding moment was last night when I pulled out my jackel scar and it had a 4 inch crack in it ..that's it I'm done ...I've put out Alot of money over the years only to use them for 1 yr ...not good motiv ..they have warrentied only one ball bacause all the other ones were over a year old. I've talked to Wilber ..the owner about the problems I've had over the years and he told me that Motiv has the lowest percentage of balls cracking then any other manufacturers which if you check that's not true they are the highest and they are the highest in price...time cut my losses and go back to go....I hate to but motiv has to get it...

Absolutely love this bowling company. Their equipment is top notch to the point where I almost exclusively use their products. Bowling balls, bags, shirts, and accessories have never let me down. Their bowling balls are all produced in the USA which is always a huge plus. The cherry on top of the sundae is the customer service. Quick responses even in these more difficult times and they'll answer any questions they can. Have e-mailed back and forth with Ashley Cory in regards to multiple orders and it's always a pleasure....

Great bowling balls...just don't order directly, customer service is terrible and website inventory can't be trusted. Placed an order days ago. No updates. No communication. Only to call and find out, "yeah, that's out of stock." Uuuum...when did you plan on telling me? Beyond disappointed to say the least. Website needs to be upto date and out of stock items should be communicated with customers instead of leaving...
