These grounds are the best on Fort Bragg for fitness(doesn't have a pool). From TRX equipment outside to racquetball inside, you also have 4 squat racks, 2 smith machines, 2 flat benches, incline and decline bench, at least 8 adjustable freeweight benches, 5 racquetball courts, fitness rooms, stairs, a 400m track outside, 2 softball fields, the locker rooms are PLENTY big and kept clean, and those have a sauna and many walk in showers. People say the hours are "weird", they are not, they stay open pretty late on weekdays and close early on saturdays and earlier on sundays. Definitely an early riser's gym.
The weight room is the size of a warehouse, and have 2 "big ass fans" installed so there is always air climate control and circulation.
This gym is at the end of base right next to pope Army Air Field, it can get packed after 4 on weekdays. Parking is hard to find but there is a parking lot right next to hercules' parking lot that is free as well.

The times are great, the staff friendly enough. The treadmills are def past their best days, but they're getting new ones soon. The only thing is that I wish they had another small yoga/stretching room with mirrors. The classes are held in there, where items such as bosu balls are held. And the second stretching room with mats has no mirrors and really only accommodates 2-3 people. But overall for free, its a great gym with a decent number of Squat racks, benches, and cardio machines. I love the racquetball courts. They could use a second wallyball net, as they have 1 net but around 4 courts that could accommodate...
