Beaver Springs Dragway — Local services in Spring Township

Nice track and staff, but beware of the racers on the return roads. Not sure you can expect the management to do anything if they hit you. Apparently that's permitted here. Had a racer hit me in the pits while watching cars move to the staging lanes with my son standing right there next to me and HE WAS PERMITTED TO STAY and continue racing. Not exactly family friendly in my book. Next time, I will call the state police. UPDATE: Still waiting to hear why the guy was allowed to stay and race after hitting me with his car? Also, as to the reply to this post.... I am sure you would have had some choice words for a jerk who hit you with his car and nearly hit your son in the process!! Wow. You "talked" to him. I am sure the police would have had more interest. As for your apology, saying "sorry, don't let it (getting hit by a car from behind) ruin your day" doesn't quite cut it. I had to ask for a refund, it wasn't offered. Don't be so quick to pat yourself...

I have only had the enjoyment of Beaver Springs every year in September for the jalopy drags. It is something we look forward to every year. This year was a little disappointing only because of oil slicks on the drag strip. This caused a little, well, more than a little downtime which was frustrating- but definitely understandable when it comes to jalopy cars! There was a new setup for the cars waiting to race, which was very neat to see. Spectators and family were able to approach the cars and the drivers as they waited for their next run. The service here is always fabulous, the staff is super friendly and fun. My phone battery always dies due to all the videos I take!! Unfortunately we did not hang out long enough for the wheel stands this year, only due to the multiple delays. Sorta hoped for a bit of a refund, or coupon for next visit. But regardless, I cannot wait until jalopy...

Absolutely one of the best Drag Strips on the east coast. Always a pleasure to race there. Others in our series always look forward to racing there as it was put to me they love it there. Owner constantly making improvements to make any event a lot of fun to race or to be a spectator. The food there is always good there breakfast sandwiches are great. All of the tracks crew always helpful and friendly. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Our family members always look forward to going to Beaver Springs Dragway several...
