Very professional and proficient! Our wifi signal had been very weak; we were unable to stream anything. We had tried a wifi signal enhancer, with no results. We also had another technician examine the problem; he was unable to figure out how to resolve the issue. Our family room was on the other side of a 3 foot stone wall. Galin came in talk to us about the problem we were having and proceeded to explain what he could do to fix it. He had to run wire underground after digging a trench and bring into house. Then put new router in living room. We have had no problem with the system since he did all this.
