When we first moved in everything was good and then they hired a new manager she in my opinion hasn"t a clue on what she is doing she talks to you like you are an 2nd class citizen, always attaching new rules to your door on what you can and can't do (mostly can't) and also made a statement if you see someone doing something wrong than say something to them! SAY WHAT? We are not the police and the manager should say something not the residents, She raised our water bill saying the county told her to. Maybe so i don"t know but i believe we were on a private well. But my biggest gripe is the way she talks to people and handles herself. When we gave notice we were moving out she said that she had 30 days to return our deposit and when you call to ask her about it she gets very rude and saids she will call you when she gets it but that"s not happening and when we did receive our deposit it was short so we called to ask her why she said she would have to call the main office and find out what happen to make a long story she said the mail man returned it because it had gotten wet (that's a new one on me) but in all fairness we did finally receive the balance owned just well over the 30 days she said they had. As far as the park goes it nice quite and clean mostly elderly people living there and some for a very long time. The park is already set up nicely and its a shame they had to get someone thats so unprofessional to set in the office and answer to all the nice residents that call the park home. if i were the owner i would at least send the manager to a management training class. Miss Manager it cost you nothing to show some respect and kind words toward the people that pay you rent...

Faulty property electrical system for RVs. Recommended to leave by local repairmen and RV service shops before more damages occur to my unit. Notified management of tripping shore breaker, but became irate with me instead of fixing. Melted my plug wire as a result. Left within 48 hours of incident to a new and cleaner RV resort who tends to property issues as required by the Texas Property Code, and nice about it! Glad this happened because I found a much better place that just opened!
Based on my visit there, they were average which is good. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very helpful with answering questions, providing information and checking availability. The grounds are a mix of mobile homes and RVs. Rules are decent and enforcement appears to be average. Pad sites appear to be fairly level, but a retention pond and a creek are nearby, so ground shifting can be expected. The property is very shaded, so expect regular cleaning of site, RV and vehicles. Location is great with easy access to freeways, but remains quiet. Worth a...
Read moreI would not recommend this park to anyone, which is a shame. It's a quiet & pretty community, with very friendly neighbors. The manager is extremely rude, condescending and has a bad attitude in general. We pulled in last night, after the office was closed. On the website, it states if so, find a spot and park then pay in the morning. Which we did, after checking the map on the front wall for which lots were open. There was a sign on the door stating that the office would not be open til late morning. As my Dad was up at the office trying to check in, the manager drove around, passed us four times then finally stopped, got out and started talking rudely to my Grandpa. First thing she said was that we can't just come in and park anywhere. Next, that it was against park policy for us to have a tow along trailer(which has two motorcycles inside). She did state that she had no vacancies and a waiting list. Yet the map that showed lot vacancies had over a dozen sites open. I believe that she just didn't like the way we looked or the motorcycles and decided to use 'park policy' to...
