I think there must be double the gravity on this site than anywhere else. I say it because the people here do everything at least 10 times slower than anywhere else I've been. For example I wrote down the pickup number and then walked across the lot to shipping and handed the number to the desk. It took him probably 5 minutes longer to type in the number than me writing it down and walking all the way across the parking lot. I came back 4 hours later and the lady who helped me had no idea I was on the property, even though I checked in with security at 4am. Then checked in with shipping and then checked in again at 8am. She looked at my pickup number, then looked at the computer, then looked at me, then looked at the wall, then looked at me, then looked at the computer. Then looked at the wall, then looked at me. Then looked at the other guy in the office and shrugged her shoulders and said, I don't know. I then saw another employee walk across the lot and it's maybe 200 feet across, it took him 18 minutes. So I'm at this place getting loaded. I had an appointment time for 7 and they were very firm that I could not be late. Supposed to be dropping a trailer and picking up a loaded one (flatbed). Should take no more than half an hour to pick it up, tarp it and roll. When I get here, they tell me that my trailer is still being loaded and I can just back my truck up to the door and they should be done soon. When I back up to the door and peak in, I see that there is no trailer in the bay. So I go back to shipping and am then told to hook back to my empty trailer I already dropped and then back it into the bay so they can load it. I'm now sitting here waiting while they load my trailer. After reading other reviews, I'm not optimistic about getting out of here...

As a driver that is currently waiting to be loaded... this place is slow... they wont let u get on ur flatbed... im waiting for the other driver to be finished. It is now 8:23pm my appointment was 8pm and i arrived at 7:30pm... an hour wasted already and my trailer has not even entered the building. You guys need to pick up the pace.
