Hometown Car Wash — Local services in Springfield Township

Used to be my go to place until recently. In the last 2 weeks I've had nothing but trouble. The soft touch wash took my money and did nothing. It instructed me to pull in the that was it. I paid again in the No touch bay to wash my car. Then the following time soft touch wash knocked most of the letters off my trunk. My Sonata now reads S--A-- Then a few days later the no touch wash wouldn't take cash so I used self wash bay. I washed and was blow drying my car when water came pouring from the ceiling soaking me and my car. A few days later I tried again and both self wash bay wouldn't accept my quarters. Next time the bill changed wouldn't work so I tried no touch was. It wouldn't take my money. I then tried the soft touch wash, it took my money, sprayed my wheels and undercarriage then told me to exit the bay. No wash rinse wax nothing just leaves me with wheel cleaner all over my car. I scrounged enough change to rinse it off in self wash bay. One bey took 75 cents, it didn't register. Finally when the other bag became available I was able to rinse the dried soap off my car that has left some kind of marks ethed into my paint I had to buff out later. Summery I have lost over $30 been soaked, my nearly dry car soaked and my paint stained requiring 2 hours of buffing and polishing to remove the marks from the wheel cleaning soap. I used to wash there 3 or more times a week. Sadly it would take a lot to consider ever returning there again. I'm only giving a single star rating because it won't post...

As an owner of a local car wash, The Community Wash in Canton this place is awesome and I hope the people of Green realize how great this place is!

Great pricing for self serve @$2.25 and good time length! Fantastic chemical outputs, and let's talk about taking a bath in that foaming brush soap! 🫧 Impressed how it was heated water until near the end.

Signage is clear and consise, meter dial cranks smooth, and multiple payment options from coin to credit. Walls are spotless which shows an ownership that cares along with updates staying with the times; Air Shammee and ahead of the times with a Rhino mat cleaner! First wash in the state that I've seen with a Rhino!
