Shawn and his wife went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly the appliances I wanted, and they made sure everything was installed properly. When my dryer wouldn’t start due to an issue with my home (not the dryer itself), Shawn personally followed up and made sure the issue was fixed the very next day. I will start off with saying this is the best experience I've ever gotten from anywhere. Got two brand new washer and dryers plus a nice stainless steel fridge for sooooo cheap! I was moving last minute and needed something quick. I ended up scheduling to pick up everything at 7 but got held back at my house. The owner was so understanding he offered to get my appliances ready for me to grab at 10pm let me borrow his equipment because I didn't have my own he literally was so generous and amazing and you don't see that behavior around much!
