Dollar General — Local services in Springfield

This store is filthy, have of the time there unopened boxes in the middle of the isles.

Also picked up a clearance item for $2.50 planing to buy it and when I arrived at the register I was told "that's being taken off of sale." And was unable to buy said item. If something is in the store, is priced, and is a product of that store, then I expect to be able to buy it.

I will be shopping elsewhere...

The store is clean and fairly well stocked. Employees are nice. My main complaint is the checkout time. Often times the checkout wait is 10+ minutes. It's kind of irritating when you see other employees stocking shelves and only one register open and a line of 6+ people waiting. But all in all, it's a great store. ...
