Amazing vodka and gin and I'm not even a big gin drinker. The person there (I think a co-owner?) was super nice and took time to explain the process and talk about upcoming products. We got a preview of the whiskey they're working on with Ninkasi and I can't wait for it to come out. They also had some really good moonshine.
