I went into this store at the end of January and signed paperwork to open a 10x10 (it is 10 x 9.5) booth on March 1st. I was given a seller number to put on all my price tags and Donald Sparks (the owner) gave me and my husband a price for the unit per month. I sat out pricing all my items with tags to fill a whole booth. Hundreds of items. Today, 4 days before I am to move into the booth I get a call from Ms. Rhonda. Apparently, he (Donald) wasn't authorized to make a deal with us because Ms. Rhonda said she wouldn't be honoring it and she didn't know who made that deal. It's her husband. She also advised that I would have to use a different number than the one I had spent a month putting on all the tags for the booth. 4 days before moving in. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have been organizing my items and curating more items, pricing the whole time (with the number I can't use) I guess, finding out that they (Rhonda and Donald) aren't people that stand behind their word, now is better than later. Good riddance. Everyone I know will hear about this. Someone should have called me 3 weeks ago to go over this before so much time and energy were spent. **update Donald called after he saw this and was audibly angry and said I was a bad person. He also said I live too far away and wouldn't take care of the booth anyway. (Wonder how he knows that?) He never once said he was sorry for not standing behind his word or putting me out. Not once. He did say I ought to be ashamed for not caring about his wife and her health. *I don't know and have never met his wife. I had no idea she had been sick. How was I supposed to know that? Shame on me for expecting people to do...

Read moreThis is one of the best antique stores you will find in middle Tennessee. With over 157 booths and 20,000 sq. feet of floor space you won't be disappointed. We have purchased several items and on a large purchase there was a flat cart available and someone to help with it. The air-conditioning was nice especially since it was in the 90s outside. There is something for everyone here, ladies, gentlemen...
