Dollar General — Local services in Springville

It feels like there is a Dollar General on every corner. There are almost as many DG stores as there are Churches here in the bible belt. This Dollar General however is exceptional! Being a former employee of the DG family, (Not this store) I recognize plan-o-grams and overstock issues. This Dollar General on the corner of 231 in Ashville is always very clean and well maintained. Any overstock they may have has NEVER been a problem for the customer like being stacked in the floor. I have witnessed some stores where a buggy could not even get down the isle let alone a wheelchair if a handicapped person needed access. This store is clean and customer friendly. My favorite Dollar General store by far. All the employees are nice, interact with the customers. When you need help, there is always someone to help you and if that employee is not sure, they will get help until your product is found or your issue has been fixed, taken care of to your satisfaction. I have been one of those customers at the check out that always has my coupons or bought a BoGo and I have held up the line....not meaning too. Not one time was I ever rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. If there is a customer antsy and seem in a hurry, at this Dollar General, they will open up...

I like this dollar general, it's always clean and has great service. It has great things to choose from, and I enjoy coming here after church to get snacks and drinks. The people that work here are always nice and friendly, usually very good service. Quick and easy, very responsive and get you in and out. I do recommend this place if youd like...
