Sorry for writing a book here, but...

What a great experience it has been putting our trust in Andy to find us the perfect vehicle! My philosophy on vehicles is “never buy new”. Haven’t bought a brand new vehicle since 1989, and don’t plan on doing so in the foreseeable future. New vehicle depreciation rubs me raw, so when it comes time to shop, I’m always looking for a great deal on a nice, clean pre-owned vehicle. But we all know that can be stressful, and finding a used car dealer that you can trust is a rare find indeed.

Well I’m here to tell you that for me, thanks to Andy Maruska at MN Motors & Sports, pre-owned vehicle shopping has just moved from the “stressful but necessary evil” category into the “looking forward to next time” category. I could not possibly feel more comfortable with this vehicle purchase than I do. From the moment of first contact, through the process of locating and finally purchasing this 2013 Expedition, Andy guided us not by selling to us in the typical fashion, but by listening to our needs, and by arming us with knowledge. I can’t tell you how much of a difference that makes toward feeling confident that you’re getting exactly what you’ve been told you’re getting. You’ll have to experience that on your own by giving Andy a call next time you need a new-to-you vehicle.

Top all that off with: 1) very competitive pricing, 2) comprehensive inspection of the vehicle before purchase, 3) timely and reasonably priced repair of items we elected to repair before taking possession; 4) everything happening on time and according to plan, 5) easy financing, 6) great communication from Andy... and you have an all-around vehicle shopping experience that I cannot recommend...

I can honestly say it was a pleasure buying my truck from these gentlemen. Please allow me to clarify this statement for you. First of all, I am somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to my vehicles. When I met with Andy and explained what I was looking for he went right to work. The vehicle was no longer being manufactured which made it hard to find and drove the prices through the roof. This was no deterrent for Andy!! He let me know to meet my expectations it may take some time to find just what I was looking for. Andy kept in constant contact with me when he would find this particular vehicle. This is where Andy's integrity really shined through! He would research the history of the vehicle, walk around it in length, and report his findings back to me. On multiple vehicles he said I would be more than happy with what he had found, but it just wasn't the "perfect" vehicle for me. Then the day came, and Andy called and said, "Dave, I found it!" I was elated!! I could hardly wait to get to the lot!! When I got there, I found that Andy and Jeff truly found my "PERFECT" vehicle. It was exactly what I was after!! I was recommended to this place by a friend, and figured I'd give MN Motors & Sports a shot during my recent search for a new vehicle. Andy was not only able to help provide financing, he was honest, and clearly explained the steps we went through once I decided to pull the trigger. He contracts to offer multiple different options for vehicle protection, which are definitely worth considering, albeit - Andy was not one to add any further pressure to the situation. I was able to test drive and bring vehicles to my mechanic for inspection prior to purchase without hesitation.

After purchasing the vehicle 'As-Is', I did notice an issue that Andy, my mechanic, and even myself had overlooked. Regardless of the 'As-Is' status, Andy worked with me to ensure that the issue was fixed without any additional hassle (other than that of waiting for the repair). I'm grateful that Andy not only stands by his company, but that he's willing to go the extra mile.
