Voigt's Bus Service — Local services in St. Augusta

For many years now Voigt Bus Service has provided shuttle services for our 18,000 patron each day two day event known at Prior Lake Rotary Lakefront Music Fest. About one third of the patrons use the shuttle buses to and from five area park and ride lots each day to see their favorite rock or country artists. Voigt representatives monitor each lot to inform customers and maintain site decorum. They also have management representatives on hand for the entire event so whatever changes are necessary or emergencies are addressed immediately and capably. Our personal observations and customer feedback tells us that year after year Voigt does a very good job. Of all the wedding vendors I worked with while planning our wedding, Voigt was by far the easiest. Cortney was always so friendly and easy going. I didn't have a clue how many of our guests would want to use a shuttle service to and from the hotel to our venue so we initially started with a vague estimate for how many people we'd have to provide transportation for. We didn't provide a final head count until the week of our wedding so there was no pressure to have everything exactly figured out from day one. If you plan to provide transportation for your guests but don't know how many people would use it, I highly recommend surveying your guests when collecting RSVPs. I was traveling with 120 teens from across the Diocese of Duluth for a mission trip and Wayne was our driver. Wayne was amazing and the kids loved him. He took care of every need and was very patient when we had any changes in the schedule. He was always went above and beyond. We were traveling with 2 other buses from another company and they all worked together exceptionally well. Our bus was very comfortable and very clean. Wayne's driving was impecable. He was the best driver we have ever had. We plan to request him next year! The kids were sad when they had to say good bye and so were the adults. He became a part of the family. ...
