Called to book a tee time at roughly 2 pm. The lady at the clubhouse told me, “be here at exactly 4 pm. If not, I am leaving.” Showed up at 4 pm sharpe with three golfers. We were the only group on the course so we played a few balls to practice a bit. On home 7, the lady came out of the club house (as I am teeing off) and stated, “you have already been out here for 2 hours. It’s time to start golfing and stop messing around. You have 30 minutes to finish three holes.” At no point in my life (I golf often) have I been approached and given a time frame to golf. I could understand if it was dark or getting dark or something of that matter. However, it was 6 pm and we had at least an 1.5 hours of light remaining, at least. What a sweet little well-maintained 9-hole golf course! Very kind and accommodating staff in Abby and PGA Pro Ted. I loved the elevation changes and challenges posed by sloping fairways (#2 & 4) and water hazards, and conversely, just enough wide, level fairways to let 'er rip. And the scenery - oh my - Bear Lake was a beautiful teal blue when the sun came out! Stunning views as well from Cooper's Restaurant and Sports Bar - what a great eatery for a golf course!
